Our attention spans, our nervous systems, and our ability to be present for our lives have been hijacked by the addictive nature of our phones.

Come practice being present without your phone, and experience the benefits that arise when turn our attention toward nature instead of our screens.

Includes a guided sensory meditation seated/lying down on the ground, mindful wandering and nature connection, reflection and sharing, and a closing gratitude ritual with home-grown native herbs.

I checked something off my bucket list today — I guided in downtown Chicago.

Steps from bustling Millenium Park, and just off of Lakeshore Drive during rush hour, we sat or laid in the grass and found a little pocket of peace in the heart of a city of 2.7 million people.

We can’t wait for the perfect conditions to allow ourselves to rest, and we can’t only find awe and beauty in remote places or on vacation.

When we practice allowing rest and finding beauty amid the everyday cacophony, so much changes.

Thank you to for setting this up and getting this wonderful group together from .

Obsessed with the Flower Moon and all 10 hear-strangers that gathered by a campfire to slow down and quiet our thoughts and witness it rise.

So much awe and gratitude 🙏🏼 🔥🌕🌊

Celebrate the full moon and May Day (the midpoint between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice) with me, in one of the most beautiful settings in the world!

Experience the wisdom, awe, connection and well-being that nature and the full moon can offer us when we slow down and allow ourselves to pay attention without trying to solve or fix anything.

I'll guide us in a meditation around the fire circle (weather permitting) to slow our busy minds and (re)connect us to our bodies and the Earth. You can choose to stay in one spot, or mindfully wander the Lighthouse Beach dunes and gardens, then experience the awe of the full moon rising over the lake.

Please dress for the weather and bring a blanket or chair to sit on if you don't want to sit on the stone bench. Message me if you have any needs.
