Las compresiones de alta calidad SÍ cansan. Requieren fuerza, ritmo, resistencia y técnica.

Por eso en mis clases no solo aprendemos “por cumplir.” Me tomo muy en serio que mis estudiantes salgan preparados para ACTUAR en una emergencia real y poder ayudar a salvar una vida.

Sí nos reímos 😭💪

You thought CPR class was gonna be easy until your instructor said:
“Okay… now keep compressions going for 2 minutes 🙂”

Meanwhile your arms:
🔥🫠💀

And yes… your CPR instructor is standing there calm like a gym trainer because high-quality CPR REALLY matters 😭💪

Truth is — effective chest compressions take strength, rhythm, endurance, and confidence. In a real emergency, those 2 minutes can help save someone’s life until help arrives.

As funny as this reel is, I take it seriously that my students leave class truly prepared to respond in an emergency ❤️
