Peaceful Motives 🏵Birthing peaceful women through life’s labors 🌿
Evidence-based meets sacred support
🩺Maternal–Child Health Nurse | Educator | Movement Guide💃🏿

At Peaceful Motives, I guide women through the full spectrum of the maternal journey, from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. As a Maternal Self-Management Educator and founder of Peaceful Motives, I blend clinical knowledge with holistic practices to help women manage stress, connect with their bodies, and navigate life’s transitions with peace and confidence. Through classes, coaching, and sacr

ed circles, I provide tools that bridge science and soul, integrating perinatal education, mindful movement, emotional awareness, and energy alignment. My mission is to support women in cultivating calm, confidence, and connection through every stage of motherhood.

That feeling of needing to slow down while everything around you speeds up? Yeah, it’s not just you.

Maybe we’re mixing up technological progress with human evolution.

We don’t actually evolve at the same pace as technology.

What if, as adults, we just stopped expecting ourselves to? What if we focused more on balancing tech progress with what humans actually need and the natural pace we’re built for?

Maybe then our nervous systems could start to settle again. Maybe our kids’ could too.

And over time, maybe we wouldn’t need as many mental health supports, interventions, or medications just to help people cope with a world that’s moving faster than we’re wired for.

Maybe the answer isn’t trying to keep up.

Maybe it’s just remembering we were never meant to move at the speed of our technology.

Hey Peaceful Lady,

That mixed feeling of feeling the need to slow yet have everything speed up isn't just you.

This is a conversation that's taking place in many settings.

🤔👂🧐
Why is that the topic of so many conversations?

What theories are you having and/or hearing?

It's August, the last full month of August.

Lets begin preparing to fall into ourselves.😉

The wave is everywhere.

We learned it as story structure in school, but what if it's also the pattern of life? Hormones. Seasons. Birth. Growth. Challenge. Recovery.

This is just the beginning of the conversation. Once you start noticing the wave, you'll begin recognizing it everywhere.

Where do you see it in your own life?

Creating a Mother Village: Reimagining what it means to mother together.

Circle Guest: Laura Mansfield, founder of

What does it mean to mother together in today's world? When does the need for mothering begin and end?

As families become more isolated and the pace of life grows increasingly demanding, many mothers find themselves longing for deeper connection, practical support, and a true sense of belonging.

Join Laura of Matria House for a conversation about intentionally creating the kind of village where mothers, babies, and families can flourish.

Together we'll explore how community is built, why it matters, and the small but meaningful ways we can begin supporting one another again.

Moving Through Womanhood:
An Embodied Movement & Reflection Space
Saturday, August 22nd 6-8pm

Together, we'll hold space to express more of who we already know ourselves to be through slow, somatic stretch and sway, music that nourishes the spirit, intentional conversation, and guided reflection that hydrates the mind, body, and soul.

22/06/2026

You may not be trying to become someone new.

You may simply be longing to experience more of who you already know yourself to be.

Peaceful, confident, joyful, trusting, soft, focused and mentally clear.

Not a new version but a fuller expression.

The birth story becomes a part of her story.

Not only should we respect it, we must protect it.

Because that story echoes through generations.

For six months, this book sat in a space between finished and released.

As I reflected on that journey, I couldn't help but notice how much it reminded me of birth. There is relief when something that has occupied so much space within you finally arrives. Yet often, that is not the end. It is the beginning of something new.

Birthing That Peaceful Woman is finally here.

If you've already purchased a copy, thank you. Your support means more than you know.

If not, I invite you to CLICK the LINK in my bio and take a look.

Peaceful Blessings,

LeShanta 🌬💝
