🎨Welcome back to Parent Art!
One of my favorite parts of teaching is asking parents to pause… reflect… and draw.
Not for perfection.
Not for talent.
But for clarity.
Because birth isn’t just something you prepare for physically, it’s something you visualize, feel, and begin to understand from the inside out.
Every time I do this exercise, the drawings are different.
Different stories.
Different fears.
Different hopes.
Different definitions of peace.
And honestly… that’s what makes it beautiful.
So I think Parent Art needs to become a thing.
A recurring little art show where we get to witness how families are imagining birth, motherhood, transition, and themselves.
Consider this your invitation to keep tuning in… because there will be more.
Which drawing would you stop and stare at first?
