As we recognise Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, we were honored to partner with Assemblywoman Lori D. Wilson and Touro University California for a Breast Cancer Awareness Resource Event focused on prevention, early detection and support for individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

Provider Dr. Jessica Faith Powers from Hematology Oncology joined the conversation as a guest speaker, sharing valuable insight into breast cancer screening, talking with your healthcare provider, and recognizing warning signs that should never be ignored.

Through community resource tables and a panel discussion, the event connected attendees with local hospitals, cancer centers, and organizations providing important care and support services.

🩺💙 Your future in internal medicine starts here.

At Northbay health, we’re preparing the next generation of physicians through a residency program designed to build a strong foundation in internal medicine and prepare residents to care for patients with complex medical needs, both in and beyond the exam room.

Our curriculum offers a broad, hands-on training experience where residents learn alongside experienced physicians and multidisciplinary teams across a variety of clinical settings.

From inpatient and acute care to specialties including cardiology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, nephrology, oncology, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology, rheumatology, neurology, geriatrics, addiction medicine, hospice and palliative care, emergency medicine and critical care, residents will gain experience that helps prepare them for the realities of patient care.

We’re committed to supporting physicians as they grow their clinical knowledge, strengthen their skills and prepare to make a meaningful difference in the communities they serve. 💙

🏆💙 We’re honored to be recognized by our community!

This past Friday, we attended the Fairfield Suisun Chamber of Commerce Buzz Awards, where Northbay Health was named Best Large Healthcare Provider Company!

This recognition means so much because it reflects the dedication of our incredible physicians, nurses, employees and care teams who show up every day to care for our patients and communities.

We recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting at Green Valley The Crossings, marking an exciting milestone in expanding access to care for our community.

Since opening in September, the clinic has already supported 414 patient visits in just one month: 134 Primary Care visits and 280 Urgent Care visits! These numbers reflect the importance of having convenient, accessible healthcare close to where people live and work.

We were also honored to receive certificates recognizing this milestone from representatives of the offices of Congressman John Garamendi, Assemblywoman Lori D. Wilson and Senator Christopher Cabaldon.

Thank you to our community leaders, partners and everyone who joined us to celebrate. We’re proud to be part of the Green Valley community and look forward to continuing to care for our neighbors. 💙

Northbay Health recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of three new Northbay Health locations serving the Napa community, bringing Heart & Vascular, Podiatry, and Primary Care services closer to home.

We’re excited to welcome the providers who will be caring for patients at these new locations, including John Loftus, M.D., and Melissa Loja, M.D., in Vascular Surgery, along with Kevin Miller, D.P.M., and Danielle Lee, D.P.M., in Podiatry. Together, they bring specialized expertise and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our Napa community.

A special thank you to the Napa Chamber of Commerce and our guest speakers, including Dr. Mark Villalon; Jeri Hansen, President of the Napa Chamber of Commerce; Bernie Narvaez, Council Member for the City of Napa; and Liz Alessio, Napa County Board of Supervisors, for helping us celebrate this exciting milestone.

🎣💙 What a great weekend in Rio Vista!

Northay Health was proud to be the Official Healthcare Sponsor of this year’s Rio Vista Bass Derby & Festival, in partnership with the Rio Vista Chamber of Commerce.

During Saturday’s festivities on Main Street, our team had the opportunity to get out into the community, connect with local families and celebrate one of Rio Vista’s favorite traditions.

Kids enjoyed bass-themed coloring pages and stickers from our NorthBay Health sticker series featuring Rio Vista, while our team had the chance to meet neighbors, families and community members right where we recently opened our Northbay Health Urgent & Primary Care location.

We’re grateful to the Rio Vista Chamber of Commerce for welcoming us and to everyone who stopped by to say hello and celebrate with us!
