Today at the studio, we got to celebrate two Jewels who have continued choosing to come back to rest.

Nikki completed her 6th Sacred Rest session.

Annetta completed her 11th.

And no, we're not turning rest into another thing to achieve, perfect, or collect gold stars for. Lord knows we have enough of that. 😂🥴

What we're celebrating is the return.👑

Coming back to the mat.
Coming back to the exhale.
Coming back to a place where your body doesn't have to produce, perform, fix, or take care of anybody for a little while.

Because one restful afternoon feels good.

But when you begin choosing rest again and again, something deeper starts happening.

Rest stops being the emergency response you reach for when you're completely depleted.
It starts becoming part of your rhythm.

And THAT is what we're building here.

It's a privilege to serve a community that feels safe expressing their needs. They ask for little things like extra blankets or pillows, and I love that they feel spoiled here. For many, this is a new experience where they can finally voice their needs, instead of always prioritizing others.

Your founding members are the first to hear new ideas and they feel free to share their honest thoughts. Even clients who come regularly express their needs openly during casual chats. Listen to your people; they will tell you exactly what they need, and so will those watching you.
