There was something especially peaceful about this sound bath.

The room settled so deeply into stillness that by the end, hardly anyone wanted to return to full alertness. Several people lingered in that in-between space… calm, relaxed, softened, almost as if their nervous systems had finally exhaled.

I loved every moment of it!

Each sound bath carries its own energy, but this one felt particularly nurturing — spacious, grounded, restorative. A gentle reminder of how deeply the body responds when we finally give ourselves permission to slow down.

It’s one of my favorite things to witness:
the moment people stop “doing”…
and simply rest.
