As summer gently gives way to fall, nature reminds us that every season has its own rhythm.
We arenât meant to bloom all year long. We arenât meant to live at someone elseâs pace.
Autumn invites us to slow down, ground ourselves, and make space to reflect. It offers permission to release what no longer serves us and to welcome the quieter, restorative rhythms of the season.
Join me for a deeply relaxing 45-minute sound bath featuring crystal and brass singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As the sounds gently wash over you, allow your body to soften, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to settle into a place of peace and restoration.
Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves isnât doing moreâitâs allowing ourselves to simply be.
Whether this is your first sound bath or youâve joined me before, you are warmly welcome.
Come honor your own rhythm.
I look forward to sharing this peaceful evening with you.
