Grove Health DPC is now all set up to provide telehealth to established patients if an issue comes up while in Florida. Because your care shouldn't take a vacation, and we want to make sure our "snow birds" are covered!

In a lot of practices, appointments are booked in 15-minute slots.

Fifteen minutes for the reason you came. For the follow-up questions. For the thing you finally mention at the door, hand already on the handle.

Here, extended visits are the norm. They're long enough to finish the conversation. Long enough to ask what else is going on in your life outside of the exam room. Long enough to leave without the list still in your pocket.

Not a slot. A visit.

Appointments Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with Dr. Scowden, every time.

Three weeks. That's the average wait to see a doctor in this country right now.

Three weeks to ask cough that's lasted for as long as you can remember. Three weeks to ask about the medication your other doctor said you should take, but it doesn't seem to be working for you. Three weeks to ask about the lingering rash that you can't figure out and doesn't seem to want to go away on its own.

We don't do that here.

You text. You message through the portal. You reach out to your doctor, and we respond during our regular hours from a person who actually knows YOU.

Not eventually. Not a call center. Dr. Vanessa Scowden and the Grove Health team get back to you in a timely manner so your concerns can get addressed.

That's just one of Grove Health's founding principles, and our promise to our members. Your questions or concerns shouldn't sit in a queue for three weeks when we're open Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, and answering.
