And so it begins…

Rising Icons — The Work of Becoming™.

Good-Natured Life was honored to kick off this experience at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia, with 25 remarkable young women selected to participate.

Before we even began, you could feel the excitement in the room—the anticipation of what was about to unfold.

Together, we moved through five intentional moments: Identity. Leadership. The Runway. The Integral Pause. Reflection.

CEO and leadership strategist Austin J. Franklin led our Leadership segment, while Dr. Deidra O. Franklin, President of Good-Natured Life and Architect of Rising Icons, guided the young women through Identity, The Runway, The Integral Pause, and a final moment of reflection.

They were invited to think deeply about who they are, how they lead, the direction they are headed, and the choices they will make along the way.

As Rising Icons -The Work of Becoming continues through future virtual and in-person experiences, our purpose remains clear: to help prepare young women not simply for what they want to achieve, but for who they are becoming.
