Last night at Jaybird Hammock Farm under Grandmother Oak 🌳

We slowed down.
We grounded.
We made space for the different parts of ourselves to be present.

Then we created something simple but powerful. We turned toward each other, held hands, and breathed…creating coherence and a feeling of safety and connection.

No fixing. No performing. Just presence.

Laughter, lightness, and the energy of genuine fun danced in the air.

The meditation and sound bath 🥣 invited us to lift our wishes or worries into the light of grace. 🧘

And in that space… something shifted.

So many quiet, meaningful connections.

I just spent a week at one of the most unique wellness resorts I’ve ever experienced. In fact, this past February made my third trip with some of the most incredible people.

Not a spa vacation.
Not a typical yoga retreat.

Something deeper.

At thehouseofaia, the entire environment is designed around consciousness, healing, and connection.

Every day offered dozens of experiences such as breathwork, meditation, sound healing, yoga, ancestral practices, philosophy discussions, and ceremonies that invite you to slow down and look inward.

Some moments were peaceful.

Some were emotional.

Some were unexpectedly profound.

What struck me most was this:

When people are given the right environment with space, safety, intention, and community…transformation happens naturally.

Not because someone forces it.
But because the nervous system finally has room to breathe.

As someone who creates wellness experiences and therapeutic spaces, I always return from places like this inspired.

Inspired to bring more presence.
More depth.
More meaningful experiences into the work I offer.

Grateful for the time, the learning, and the reminder of what’s possible when people gather with intention.

Mexico 🇲🇽 continues to work its magic. ✨

Something new is unfolding.

Over the past year I’ve been quietly reimagining my work…how psychology, spirituality, story, nature, and community all weave together in the spaces I hold.

That process has led me to a rebrand.

Not just a new name or logo…
but a deeper alignment with the kind of experiences I want to offer in the world.

Spaces where people can slow down.
Reconnect with themselves.
Explore their stories.
And remember the parts of themselves that feel most alive.

Part of this shift also means something that feels a little uncomfortable for me:

showing up and sharing more.

So if you start seeing more posts from me, reflections, ideas, glimpses of events, or things I’m learning along the way…that’s why.

This is me practicing being visible.

To say I am blessed would be an understatement. Two sound bath meditations in one week!

Last night at Jaybird Hammock Farm, we gathered for meditation and sound.

We began slowly with champagne, strawberries, roasted marshmallows, giving the nervous system time to shift out of “doing” and into connection before we even lay down.

Yoga Nidra guided participants into imagery of loved ones and then inward toward self-compassion. From a physiological standpoint, this kind of guided meditation can soften stress reactivity and increase feelings of safety and belonging.

Crystal and Tibetan bowls followed, offering sustained vibration that supports parasympathetic activation - slower breath, steadier heart rate, deeper rest.

Under the open sky, with animals nearby and an incredible team holding space, you could feel the collective exhale.

Grateful for spaces that allow both science and sacred experience to coexist and for the soul circle that was created under the night sky. So thankful to JBH Farm for creating a space for my own nervous system reset.

Had a beautiful Past Life Regression Sound Bath at Sand & Sage Mystic Shoppe this past week.

Ink.
Oil.
Thread.

We opened with journaling, letting the soul speak before the mind could edit.

Ajnas anointed. Red thread tied.
Safe return established.

Then we descended into memory, metaphor, archetype.

And we closed where we started - pen to paper, integrating what surfaced. Then we shared our experiences in the soul circle.

You may travel.
And you may return.

Integration continues.
