1- Collection and distribution of baseball/softball equipment in Nicaragua. a) Working for a dream academy
b)MLB-RBI program experience of opportunities
c) Major League contracts

2- Collection and distribution of medical equipment and supplies. a) Distribution of medical equipment in community clinics
b) Development of medical Mission in community areas
c) Delivery of medicines and medical att

ention for elderly homes
d) Delivery of 130,000 fortified food packages a year. e) HIV assistance Program
f) Domiciliar palliative care assistance

3- Assistance in developing sustainable agricultural projects and practices. a) Insure water system by providing well excavation and installation of irrigation systems
b) Delivery of global kits ( seeds, chemical , fertilizer and protection suits )
c) Chicken Sheds to provide lying hens, veterinary assistance and high quality chicken feed to insure the protein intake of the kids of the rural areas. d) Continuos educacional assistance with veterinaries and agronomist.

4- Provide quality education and life opportunities to the youth in Nicaragua. a) Scholarship Programs
b) Assistance in day cares that provide complete assistance to the families of the communities by providing high quality education and 3 meals a day from 7am to 7pm. c) Woman empowerment workshops and psychologic attention.

For Belén Garden, operating without a reliable water supply has become a daily struggle, but they have been able to get through it with the support of the community.

Helping Kids Round First began with a simple idea: give children the opportunity to play baseball and dream beyond the limitations of their circumstances. What started on the baseball field became the foundation for a much broader mission.

As the needs of the communities became clearer, HKRF expanded its work into Education, Farming, and Healthcare, creating opportunities for children and families to learn, grow, improve their livelihoods, and access essential care.

More recently, a new chapter has taken shape through humanitarian work in Africa, providing food, medical supplies, and essential assistance to communities displaced by conflict and war.

From a baseball field to communities across Nicaragua and Africa, Helping Kids Round First continues to grow with one purpose: creating opportunities and bringing practical support to those who need it most.

Months of dedication and training have helped Roberto improve both his physical condition and his performance on the field.He is currently preparing for the U-15 National Team tryouts, where he will compete for the opportunity to represent Nicaragua.

If the team advances, they will earn the opportunity to represent Nicaragua in an international tournament in Mexico. Helping Kids Round First is proud to support Roberto as he continues pursuing his dreams, and we wish him and the entire U-15 team the very best in the competition ahead.

Every year, more than 50 children graduate from Belén Garden, beginning primary school with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

For parents, Belén Garden provides the peace of mind of knowing their children are learning in a safe, caring environment while they work to support their families. For children, it is a place where they develop academically, build friendships, learn healthy routines, and gain the confidence to take the next step in their education.
