My favorite feedback from hypnosis clients over the past week:

It's so rewarding to help people find change after trying for so long.
Actions are the aftermath of things happening within you. When you find the root, you can start to repair, heal, and integrate.
Succeeding in healing is not from habit change, it's not in affirmations, it's not in willpower. It's in becoming aware of yourself and the choices you're making. It's in learning to pause before getting swept up in the tide of emotion coming in.
I can't make you choose differently, but I can help you reclaim the choice that has been lost to automation, and reclaim the pause that has been lost amongst the noise.
You create the change within yourself, I just help you see your path through.
