I started my QHHT practitioner journey just under a year ago, and recently completed Level 2, which has given me even more tools to support my clients.

One of my first clients was very analytical and left-brained, so she had some trouble staying fully relaxed during her session. I worried she might not get the full benefit.

Two weeks later, she emailed me — she had been struggling with sleep, and after the session, she’s been sleeping so much better!

It’s amazing to see how QHHT works in ways we don’t always expect. Every session is a reminder of the incredible healing potential of connecting with our Higher Self! ✨💛
