This one stopped me in my tracks.

The older I get, the more I realize wellness isn't about chasing perfection.

It's about having the energy to show up for the moments that matter.

The baseball games.
The late-night talks.
The unexpected adventures.
The everyday moments that become the memories we'll hold onto someday.

That's why I've become so passionate about learning more about cellular health, recovery, hydration, gut health, and giving my body the support it needs.

Because when we feel better, we show up better. 💙

The last time I gave a massage this holster barely clipped around me.
Now I get to shop for a pretty new one instead. 🥹

Changes. Choices. Small moments that quietly remind me how far I’ve come.

I’ve honestly been a little down on myself lately feeling like maybe I could be doing more or pushing harder.

But this was such a good reminder that growth is happening just fine. 💛

Health, energy, confidence, strength… all of it matters.

Sometimes the biggest progress shows up in the little everyday moments.

Also ignore my messy hair 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

There’s something really special about building a life where you don’t have to miss these moments. ⚾️🤍

One of the biggest blessings of working for myself is being able to show up for the games, the practices, the random weekday moments, and all the little memories in between.
That freedom means everything to me. 🫶

I don’t even want to think about the day I’m not living this wild, beautiful life as a full-time mom on the sidelines… in a hoodie… yelling encouragement with one hand and tossing someone’s sweaty gear into the trunk with the other.

Right now, we’re on the road for a hockey tournament, and my garden is on its own (may the odds be ever in its favor). Next week? Just three baseball games—and let’s be honest, probably more stuff I forgot about.

My car smells like a mix of hockey gear and baseball cleats. I haven’t had time to clean it, and honestly? We’ve survived off what we’ve found in there more than once. We’re either at a field, a rink, or in the car on the way to one—and I absolutely love it.

One day, there’ll be a last practice. A last game. A last sweaty hug after a big win. A last time I sit in the stands cheering with my whole heart while silently begging the sun to chill or the rain to stop.

This season of life? It’s chaos. It’s drive-thru dinners, overflowing laundry, and a calendar that looks like it lost a bet. But it’s also belly laughs, fierce hugs, and memories I’ll hold onto forever.

So I’m taking the blurry pics. I’m wearing the team shirts. I’m cheering till my voice is gone. I’m soaking in every messy, beautiful second—because one day it’ll all be over… and I’ll miss being the mom who lived in the bleachers with a trunk full of lawn chairs and “just in case” snacks.

On our way home from baseball tonight, my twins asked if we could stop at the park. 💛

The thing is… my almost 12-year-olds don’t really ask to go to the park much anymore. Life is busy now. Sports, practices, games, growing up.

But tonight they asked to stop at the park… and when I got asked to push the swings for the first time in a long time, I soaked in every second of it.

Because the older they get, the more I realize there will eventually be a “last time” for all of these little moments.

The last time they ask for a push. The last park stop on the way home. The last time they still feel little.

Sometimes I wish I could step back into those younger years for just a minute and slow down a little more. Push them on the swings for hours like they used to want.

So now, when I get the chance… I sure as hell take it.

A reminder for the moms sitting in the bleachers dreaming about more 💛

More freedom.
More time with your kids.
More income.
More purpose.
More energy.
More life outside of just surviving the day-to-day.

You do not have to choose between being present for your family and building something for yourself too.

That’s exactly why I said yes to this opportunity 👀✨

If you’ve been craving something bigger lately, maybe this is your sign.

Blue has quickly become one of my favorites 💙✨

• Supports cellular energy production
• Supports mitochondrial function
• Antioxidant support
• Supports recovery + resilience
• Helps support healthy aging
• Powered by phycocyanin + astaxanthin

The more I learn about cellular health… the more everything starts making sense 👀

If you’ve been curious about energy, recovery, focus, or feeling better overall, I’m happy to share what I’m learning ✨

Golden hour + lake life + building something from home ✨
Still kinda wild to me that “work” can look like creating content, learning new things, connecting with people, and doing it all from a place I genuinely love being. 🌲☀️

Healing, recharging, grounding, resetting ✨
The older I get, the more I realize wellness isn’t just supplements and workouts… sometimes it’s sunshine, water, and slowing down long enough to breathe ☀️🌊

What’s your favorite way to reset lately? 💛

Starting over can look really different at 20, 40, or even 60… and honestly that’s the beauty of it 💫

I’ve been realizing that growth isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s choosing better habits.
Taking care of your health.
Learning new skills.
Building something from scratch.
Protecting your peace.
Or finally saying yes to the things you’ve been curious about for years.

That’s a big part of why I’ve been diving so deep into wellness, cellular health, business, and creating a life that actually feels good from the inside out 🤍

You’re never stuck. You’re allowed to evolve. 🌿
