Memorial Day feels different when service is part of your own family story.
For Dr. Cynthia Clark, this day is personal. Her father served in the Air Force, and her husband is retired career Army. It is a day of remembrance, gratitude, love, and honoring the people who gave so much for others.
It is also a reminder that the body carries more than we realize.
Stress, pain, grief, trauma, and sacrifice can live in the nervous system long after the moment has passed. That is why healing often requires more than just pushing through.
Battlefield Acupuncture was developed to help support pain relief in military settings, and today, it is also being used to help people dealing with chronic pain, stress patterns, and nervous system overload.
This Memorial Day, we honor those who served, those who sacrificed, and the families who carry the weight of that service with love.
Thank you to every person who has worn the uniform.
With love and gratitude,
