Who Is Stronger Folsom For?
Stronger Folsom is not your high school. And we’re not like other gyms, either.
We don’t like drama, cliques or judgment.
I had a pretty good time in high school. At times I was definitely headed in the wrong direction. Thankfully, some friends invited me into the weight room, encouraged me to start lifting and kept me going until I got strong.
Lifting weights significantly impacted my life. I had confidence. I had knowledge. I knew how to deal with stress. My mental focus improved. I looked people in the eye and felt good about myself.
The change didn’t stop there. I not only developed a stronger body and mind, but also strong community. Some of those friendships built in the gym are still going in my 40’s.
Years later, I am starting Stronger Folsom to share that same gift with others.
Here, we believe that change is possible.
We believe that physical, mental, and spiritual strength are all tied together and can be developed.
We believe in progress, not perfection.
We believe in coaching.
And we believe in making sure you’re here again tomorrow.
That means Stronger Folsom will never be the biggest gym in town. It means we won’t be the cheapest. But we’ll always be the best because of the people under our roof.
If you want to get fit, have fun and forget about high school, come in and talk to us. We’re not salesmen, either.
