Why Ovate?
Most simply, ovate means egg-shaped — the form of origin, containment, and becoming. More intuitively, in old traditions, an ovate was also a keeper of inner wisdom, healing, herbalism, and divination. Early ovates held vigil, whispered encouragement, and offered a steady hand in the chaos.
This work is cyclical. It's holding strong while something inside you changes. Pregnancy, postpartum, deconstruction, reclaiming your body, beginning again. We deserve spaces, situations, and supportive individuals that honor our bodies, our transitions, and our sovereignty.
It’s not just for pregnancy and birth, it's embodied support for the seasons when you feel stretched, untethered, or ready for a fresh start. I'm not here to rescue you, I'm here to help you return to yourself.
