1. Lead Teachers (Up to $33.00/hr)

The Role: Head the classroom, design adaptive activities, and direct your two assistant teachers to ensure a cohesive, supportive environment.

Requirements: Proven experience supporting diverse learning needs, adaptive curriculum, or behavioral development. Experience in special education, pediatric therapy, or behavior analysis is a major plus.

2. Assistant Teachers (Up to $23.00/hr)

The Role: Work side-by-side with the Lead Teacher to support lesson delivery, assist with classroom management, and provide individualized attention to our small groups.

Requirements: Passion for working with children of all abilities, high energy, and a collaborative team mindset. Prior childcare experience preferred.
