Happy Occupational Therapy Month! 🇺🇸
I’m grateful and excited to be part of the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) team here at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Serving as the Director of Sleep Readiness and Mental Readiness, I’m passionate about helping our Paratroopers achieve optimal performance and improve their overall quality of life.
It’s also perfect timing that my Veteran Medication Management, Exercise, and Sleep (V-MES) booklet is now available online and can be found at all VA medical centers.
