I just love food and think it’s so pretty. There was a time i was scared of food, underfueled, and my mental health suffered because of it.
Intentionally nourishing myself is a must. Especially because I like to be so active, I have to make sure I’m eating enough to fuel that activity AND motherhood. I also like to make sure I have things on hand for my kids that have protein, fat, and fiber. When their blood sugar isn’t regulated, they have more meltdowns and mood swings too.
