We believe mental health care should treat the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. For us, that means bringing psychiatry, therapy, functional medicine, and the science of the mind together with the parts of healing that are harder to measure: connection, meaning, spirituality, and a return to self. Healing is not a quick fix. It is integrated, personalized, and built to last. That philosophy has guided our work in Northern Colorado for more than a decade, and it is why we keep helping move this field forward. This is what whole-person care looks like.

Over the weekend our team had the privilege of attending the Aspen Psychedelic Symposium, and it was everything we hoped for. Two days of thoughtful, engaging conversation with a wide range of voices exploring where mental health care is headed, including our own co-founder Dr. Scott Shannon. Gatherings like this are a reminder of why we do this work: to stay at the forefront of integrative, whole-person care and bring the best of it home to Northern Colorado.
