Posture shapes how we feel inside
and how we show up in the world.

✨ Lift the spine. Let the light in. ✨

Posture is More Than Standing Tall 🤍

When we sit or stand with our spine gently lifting upward—
as if a soft plunger is drawing us up from the crown of the head—
something beautiful happens.

✨ Breathing becomes easier
✨ Focus improves
✨ Learning and memory flow more freely
✨ Our body feels lighter
✨ Our energy field feels brighter

I’ve been sharing this in yoga, and one of my students said I need to share it on FB 👍👍👍

When children sit up straight in the classroom, learning becomes easier.(so much easier)

When adults lift through the spine, confidence and calm return.

Last night’s sound healing on Freedom & Love opened something simple and powerful.

Love doesn’t need to perform.
It needs a place to rest.

When the body becomes the vessel, the heart can receive without defense.
Presence becomes quiet, grounded, and free.

A phrase that stayed with me:
“This is not performance. This is residency.”

We are now adding another special practice to our Yoga Classes, On Mondays, Friday's and Saturday's 10 am until 11am Also Thursday 5pm until 5:40.. THIS class will focus on meditation, breathing and mantra to relax mind body soul with a bonus of sound healing! Love to see you!👍
