Imagine this moment.
You are sitting by the ocean, coffee in hand, talking with someone you trust.
Nothing terrible has happened. From the outside, life looks completely normal.
But inside, you feel tense, restless and somehow different.
You finally say it out loud:
**“Why do I suddenly feel anxious when nothing in my life has changed?”**
For some women, new or worsening anxiety can appear during perimenopause. Hormonal fluctuations, disrupted sleep, hot flashes and everyday stress may all contribute.
That does not mean every anxious feeling is caused by hormones. It means the change deserves to be heard, explored and evaluated, not dismissed. 🤍
Which experience feels most familiar to you?
**A.** My mind will not slow down
**B.** I wake up feeling anxious
**C.** Situations I once handled now feel overwhelming
**D.** I cannot explain it, I simply do not feel like myself
