I have found this to be true in every single situation in my life.
When you shift your focus to what is going right, something shifts inside of you.
Your mindset changes.
Your energy changes.
And then your actions start to change too.
The same is true for your health.
Start focusing on the positive steps you ARE taking.
The glass of water you drank this morning.
The walk you went on.
The meal you chose that made your body feel good.
Those small wins matter.
And when you acknowledge them, you start creating more of them.
Your body is always responding to what you give it the most attention.
Give it gratitude, consistency, and positive momentum, and watch how many more positive things start happening in your health and in your life.
