ANYWHO , random things I do that help me get a lean sexy back:
❤️🔥 Train back (duh) but I focus less on width now and more on mid back —> strategically programmed back days to target that upper / mid/ lower back and still touching up lats to maintain that hourglass ⏳
❤️🔥 I push close to failure and track that. I don’t guess or assume bc it just feels hard. I track my lifts and film 2-3 per session to ensure my form and ex*****on is solid.
❤️🔥 don’t be a big back - lol jk but not jk — I am currently hitting my macros within 5g (this is for a season not a lifetime pls.) this ensures im eating enough protein carbs healthy fats and fiber to SHAPE my physique.
❤️🔥 multiple cutting phases & reverse diets followed by healthy maintenance phases — cuts reveal the muscle, reverse diets ensure you keep the progress w/o regaining.c MAINTNENACE phases are how we build more muscle , muscle = “tone” that word yall love so much
❤️🔥 cardio 20 min 3x week + a daily step goal of 7k
❤️🔥 proper recovery, mobility ✅ and PATIENCEEEEEE - I’ve been working with a coach on n off for 3-4 years of my journey which has helped hold me accountable, outside of that I’ve been super patient but also consistent. Invested in my fitness support and took my training seriously.
