From a very young age, I’ve been passionate about words and how they convey feelings. I began expressing myself through written poetry in elementary school, using pen and paper to declutter my mind and heart when things were too heavy to carry. As I’ve grown, this love for words has evolved into verbal expression, and the time I spend guiding others through their yoga practice often feels like spoken word. Many of the quotes found on my page are true expressions of my heart and often serve as intentions or metaphors woven into my yoga classes. Just as the river moves freely, my words flow, just as the ocean’s stillness offers depth, my words create space for self-reflection. Of course this all relates back to my mission as the Sault Dealer, which is to help others discover “The Saulty Spot- The space between fluidity and stillness-where discomfort meets growth”
