Fat didn’t just “fall off.”

“Three years ago, I competed at the Masters World Championships in Finland, and my hip felt like a Barbie doll leg ready to fall off. I was told I needed more glute strength, but l thought I was already doing enough. After pushing through a few more races, I finally had to shut it all down-retiring from racing and turning to cross training and strength.

A year later, I came across one of Nicole’s posts about core training and decided to work with her. I didn’t set out to compete in bodybuilding-I just wanted to feel strong and balanced again. Almost a year and a half later, the difference is incredible. My shoulders and glutes are stronger, my body feels more balanced, and l’ve even gone from a rectangular build to a more lean hourglass shape. Best of all, I feel stable when I run-I no longer clip my ankle bone because of poor balance.
The biggest lesson l’ve learned from Nicole is that I don’t need to run longer and longer to feel and look my best. Strength training has allowed me to get stronger without the constant fatigue, and I’m actually running faster on less mileage. Just this week, I ran a half marathon at the same pace that felt nearly impossible for me in a 10K just a few months ago.

I can’t recommend Nicole enough-especially for women, including postpartum women (no matter how many years it’s been). I only wish every woman could go through this kind of strength and stability training as part of their routine care.

POSING TRANSFORMATION 🦋 From the first time posing to 1 day out. I’m very happy to have worked with this client throughout her whole prep. We started with the basics- mandatory poses. From there we built up and learned transitions, cues to engage muscles, stage presence and confidence.

Clocking & standing on buisness 👏🏽⏰ We have been working together since January. In the short amount of time she has been able to achieve great results. Each week she has shown up and put in full effort.

Recently she has switched her goal to bodybuilding- can’t waste this fantastic potential! Needless to say this is her OFFSEASON body. We’re currently in a building phase. Watch out because this is just the beginning!

The 12-week Sweat & Jet challenge is complete ✈️💦. Oh my, everyone worked hard! It’s inspiring to see people lock in and complete the plan day after day- the results speak for themselves. 🙌

First place and winner of the 3-night all-inclusive trip for 2 goes to Charles McDowell 🥳. In this challenge, he lost 28 pounds, which equaled 11.1% of his body weight. Alongside that, he was able to kick bad habits and set a healthy example for his family.

There are too many to post, but I still want to give a massive shoutout to the other top 5 that were close behind with losing 9.4%-7% of their body weight. Y’all crushed it! 👏

Slywia is a first time prep client. She is brand new to posing but is picking it up! Today we had a break through in our session- just look at the difference. By adding specific cues she is now able to hit the front pose making her waist appear smaller AND giving the glutes a pop 🍾

Client Tracey and I have been working together for 1 year (happy anniversary girl😜). Her unwavering commitment allowed her to hit 50 lbs down plus getting into the 100’s.

During this time she had multiple free meals, keep up her social life and tackled many holidays.
