Monday mornings separate the committed from the interested.

While most people were still hitting snooze, Bernie was already putting in the work at 6:00 AM.

Today’s focus: 3D Abs Training — building strength, stability, and resilience in every plane of motion. Because athletic performance isn’t built with crunches alone. It’s built through intentional training that transfers to the field.

Consistency beats motivation every time.

One workout won’t change your life, but showing up day after day will.

Proud of Bernie for setting the tone for the week and getting after it before the sun was fully up.

Who’s ready to put in the work this week?

Another great week at Back In Motion.

This week was filled with hard work, consistency, and a lot of wins—both big and small.

We saw members showing up even when they didn’t feel like it, patients taking another step toward living pain-free, and athletes continuing to invest in becoming the best version of themselves.

What makes us proud isn’t just the workouts completed or the appointments attended.

It’s watching people do things they couldn’t do a few weeks ago.

It’s seeing confidence return.

It’s hearing someone say, “I feel stronger than I have in years.”

It’s watching people realize they’re capable of more than they thought.

The truth is, results rarely come from one perfect workout or one perfect week.

They come from stacking good days together over and over again.

That’s exactly what happened this week.

A huge thank you to everyone who trusted us with their health, fitness, and performance journey.

Enjoy this week’s recap and celebrate all the progress that was made.

Let’s keep building momentum.

FUN FACT: Pelvic Floor Therapy is NOT just doing Kegels. 👀

In fact… for many women, doing more Kegels can actually make symptoms WORSE.

A lot of people are surprised to learn that pelvic floor therapy is about much more than “squeezing muscles.”

Your pelvic floor works together with:
• your core
• hips
• breathing
• posture
• low back
• and even how you move throughout the day

At Back In Motion, we look at the entire body to figure out WHY symptoms are happening in the first place.

That means pelvic floor therapy may include:
✔️ Breathing strategies
✔️ Core coordination
✔️ Hip and mobility work
✔️ Strength training
✔️ Movement retraining
✔️ Relaxation techniques
✔️ Education on bladder and bowel habits

Not just endless Kegels.

Whether you’re dealing with:
• leaking
• pelvic pain
• urgency
• pressure
• postpartum symptoms
• pain with exercise
• or core weakness…

There’s usually much more going on beneath the surface.

The good news?
You don’t have to “just live with it.”

😤 “I honestly didn’t think this was going to work…”

That’s exactly what Sharon said when she first came into our office for her neck pain.

She had already tried resting.
Stretching.
Massage.
Different treatments.

But her neck pain kept coming back.

Turning her head while driving was uncomfortable.
Sleeping was frustrating.
And she started worrying this was just something she would “have to live with.”

Like many people we see, Sharon was skeptical.

Not because she didn’t WANT to feel better…
But because she had already tried so many things without lasting results.

That’s where The Gray Method™ was different.

Instead of just chasing the pain in her neck…

We focused on finding the REAL reason her neck kept getting irritated in the first place.

We identified movement restrictions, compensation patterns, and areas her body was overworking because other areas weren’t doing their job.

Once we addressed the CAUSE…

Things started changing.

Less stiffness.
Less pain.
Better movement.
Better sleep.
More confidence moving again.

And the best part?

She was able to avoid surgery and get back to living her life without constantly thinking about her neck.

This is exactly why we believe:
You don’t just treat symptoms.
You fix the cause.

If neck pain has been slowing you down and you’re tired of temporary fixes, send us a message or comment “NECK” below and we’ll point you in the right direction.

MIC’D UP WITH COACH NICK 🎤

One thing we remind our clients of all the time…

You don’t have to move perfectly to get stronger.
You just have to KEEP moving.

In this session, Coach Nick was working with one of our amazing clients on strength, balance, and confidence — the stuff that actually matters in real life after 50.

Not fancy exercises.
Not beating your body up.
Not trying to train like you’re 25 again.

Just smart coaching.
Safe progressions.
And building a body that lets you stay independent and active for years to come.

Because most adults we work with don’t care about six-pack abs…

They want to:
✔ Get up easier
✔ Feel stronger walking stairs
✔ Keep up with kids and grandkids
✔ Improve balance
✔ Stop feeling “old”

And the best part?

When you have the right coach guiding you, your body is capable of WAY more than you think.

Coach Nick does an incredible job meeting people where they are while still pushing them to improve every session 👏

Meet Coach Nick!

04/27/2026

Steve came in dealing with sciatica that kept dictating his day. Sitting hurt. Moving felt unpredictable. He was tired of stretching, resting, and hoping it would magically go away.

Instead of chasing symptoms, we used the Gray Method™ to find the real cause of the problem.

Once we identified what was actually driving the pain, everything changed.

✅ Pain started decreasing
✅ Movement became easier
✅ Confidence came back
✅ He got his life back

Sciatica is often treated like the problem itself. Many times, it’s a signal that something deeper needs to be addressed.

That’s why random exercises and temporary fixes so often fail.

Steve didn’t need more guessing. He needed clarity, a plan, and the right treatment.

If pain is running your life, the next step may not be “more rest” — it may be finding the real cause.
