Perfect for all, this class combines elements of Hatha, Yin, and restorative yoga to help you transition from the busyness of the day into a state of peace and presence. Yoga Is Connection

The Sanskrit root of the word yoga is yuj (yoodge), which means to connect or to create connection. When we move on our mats,
shifting our limbs, our muscles, our tissues, and our bones, we create positive, aligned connection within our bodies. When our bodies are physically aligned, our minds can more readily find an equivalent alignment, and our hearts can then share this sense of ease. Our physical, mental, and emotional selves enter into a more meaningful conversation with each other. Yoga offers the connection of our bodies to our minds and to our hearts.

Wednesday is on the horizon and we greet the day with Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga. "Each day brings new possibilities and I am ready to receive them." Join me (6/10) at 9:00 A.M.

The Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga Session is a low-to-medium intensity, accessible style that links breath with movement at a deliberate, meditative pace. By holding poses longer and focusing on intentional transitions, it builds strength and flexibility while offering a more grounded, less physically demanding alternative to fast-paced Vinyasa Flow.

It is ideal for anyone looking to deepen their practice, improve alignment, and reduce stress.
