I still have openings for the FREE Health Coaching Sessions. If you know anyone that might be interested please have them get in touch. I do have a multi-state nursing license, and we can have virtual appointments, so location is not an issue. The sessions are being provided Pro Bono as a course requirement for classes I am taking for Board Certification as a Holistic Nurse and Nurse Health Coach.
* We will discuss daily activities and life events and determine if there are any external stressors that may be affecting your health. Then, we will discuss creating goals to decrease the stressors and ways to implement them into your lifestyle. You would not be required to reveal anything about your health or background that you are not comfortable with.
* The sessions are FREE, 1 hour long (4 total sessions), and can be virtual or in-person (For those of you in NW Florida).
* There is no obligation to continue after completing 4 sessions.

I am currently taking a continuing education class that requires us to find participants for private and group Health Coaching Sessions. We would mostly talk about day-to-day goings on in your life and any external life stressors and how they may be affecting your health. Then, we discuss creating goals to decrease the stressors. You would not be required to reveal anything about your personal health or background that you are not comfortable with. The sessions are FREE.
I am putting this request out to anyone interested in helping, and also asking that you pass this post along to anyone you might know that would be interested.
* The sessions are FREE, 1 hour long, and can be virtual, telephone, or in-person (For those of you in Florida)
* You do not have to participate in both the group and private sessions but you can if you want.
* There is no obligation to buy anything after your 4 sessions.

I have same day, evening & weekend appointments available for private appointments for both the CPR and Nurse Coach services.

I am currently trying to put together a small group session as part of a community outreach program to combat loneliness & depression during the winter months. The group is FREE of charge and will have both in-person and virtual options available, so location will not be an issue. If you know of anyone that may be interested please forward my information along so that I can determine if there is enough interest.

Good Morning everyone! Every 5 years the American Heart Association reviews new science and research and revises their CPR programs to reflect these updates. These new updates were released last month and there have been quite a few new changes! If you or anyone you know is in need of CPR certification for BLS or ACLS please pass my information along.
