Dear Iron Society Strength & Fitness,
When you have seen me face down into a notebook, endlessly writing, notating, and studying in my office; this is what for. I have been quietly working on a Sports Massage Continuing Education Certification from American Massage Therapy Association - AMTA, and today: IT'S MINE!

I am now able to specialize in working with athletes and clients with orthopedic or sports-related injuries, customize treatment plans with others in the athletes' medical team, and work at events to ensure the team and the individual athlete is performing at their highest potential. To have this certification is a goal I have had since the beginning of my career. 😝🥳🤩
