Big shoutout to Brother Office USA. Our printer connection stopped and the ethernet connection would not work. I called Brother and they were amazing. 1) Had a callback system so I did not have to wait on hold for my estimated 37 minutes, 2) Had an agent help me who spoke English and knew all aspects of the printer, 3) Was helpful and took their time (it took 42 minutes to fix!), 4) Worked with me until the issue was actually fixed. When you run a small business and rely on your equipment (and don't have a backup), this is absolutely HUGE! PossAbility Unlimited will definitely purchase from them again!

is in desperate need of an office space. runs the nonprofit from home but has limited work space since she rotates between the kitchen table and a spare bedroom (complete with a full size bed). We are working to do some updates to make it as economic as possible but very functional. We could really use your help to make it happen. Link is in bio to donate.
