✨What you absorb matters because EVERYTHING is energy. ✨
From what you watch, listen to, eat, drink all the way to the decor you have in your home and what widgets are in your phone. 👍🏽
If it doesn’t bring you a spark of joy, leave you feeling AT LEAST okay or allow you to live a healthy and balanced life… then it’s time to remove it. 🤷🏽♀️
Pay attention for a day and truly be aware of what you absorb and how it affects your mind, body and soul. 📋
For example:
1. Home - walk around your home and if an item you see doesn’t spark joy, donate it. 🏡
2. Television- yes, murder shows are low vibrational and yes, it does affect your energy…. (No, I’m not happy about that because IM OBSESSED) 📺
3. Music- this is the easiest… how did you feel before a song, during a song and after? If you are sad… don’t listen to sad songs. Help yourself. (A lesson I didn’t like learning as a certified sad girly) 🎶
4. Phone- what colors are you looking at everyday? Is it a mess or organized? Do you have widgets that make you happy or at least remind you to try? 📱
5. Food- food is energy, so pay attention to how you feel before, during and after. Really savor what you are tasting, does it actually make you feel good? And yes… fruit and veggies are significantly higher vibes than meat. 🥗
6. Thoughts - you are not your thoughts so start paying attention to them. Does a negative thought pop up? No big deal, what are you telling yourself to combat that? If you have a negative Nancy on your shoulder then you can also have a positive Sally too. 💭
Do an audit of your life and make one small change at a time then watch your world change. 👣
Photos are an example of the widgets I have on my phone for this year. I love to use them as reminders of where my energy actually needs to focus on. At the end of the day we are all human and it’s okay to set up your life to help you not hurt you. 🤍
