Nine years. 😳

That’s how long it’s been since I’ve done a true 30 Day Reset myself. Life, stress, schedules, excuses… all the things. I’m ready again. 💛

Not for perfection.
Not to punish myself.
Not for some crazy transformation overnight.

I’m doing this because I want to feel stronger, more energized, more consistent, and more like ME again.

And one thing I know for sure after all these years in wellness… it’s way more fun (and way more successful) when you do it with people you love and trust. So I’m inviting friends, family, clients, and anyone who’s been wanting a fresh start to come alongside me for the next 30 days.
