We offer a unique, guided outdoor experience that blends fishing, mindfulness, and therapeutic support to help reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall well-being.

Our monthly group outings run from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and include a licensed clinical therapist along with two experienced fishing guides who support participants throughout the experience. Each outing provides a balance of connection with others and space for personal reflection.

No prior fishing experience is required, and all equipment can be provided.

The cost is $250 per person for 16 and older for the full 5-hour experience. Children under 15 are $125 with family and group rates available. (Insurance may cover a portion of the cost depending on your individual plan)

We also offer customized sessions for individuals, families, and corporate groups, tailored to your specific needs and goals. Equipment and starter supplies are included.
