What we are thinking, feeling, and acting!

YOU HAVE CHOICES:

About what were thinking and how were being while we are thinking, acting, and doing!
And when a stimulus or trigger in our programming happens in our reality, good or bad. Recognize or notice what patterns are caused in our lives. THEN PAUSE: when you feel this happening: Take 3 Deep Breaths when any negative emotion occurs... THEN: Think, what could I think, do, or feel that could be more empowering than being REACTIVE to that stimulus & trying to get it to change until I feel better. Use your Power to Decide to be proactive in what I can do with this to make it a more empowering experience in my life!

Have an amazingly proactive day, practice this exercise daily until it becomes natural...
