🚨 Health headlines are designed to get clicks, not necessarily tell the whole story.

One study in mice becomes:
➡️ “Sugar is good for your gut.”

One observational study becomes:
➡️ “Coffee causes cancer.”

Then six months later, the headline says the exact opposite.

This is why I tell my clients not to build their health strategy around viral posts, documentaries, or sensational headlines.

Context matters.
Study design matters.
Human data matters.

And most importantly: your individual body matters.

Stop letting the internet give you whiplash.

Most people think histamine only causes sneezing, itchy eyes, and congestion.

We’ve been programmed to see things all wrong. This leads us to thinking that we should give up or we don’t deserve to be in a better situation or have better health.

Some days feel like they’re testing you before you’ve even finished your first cup of coffee.

The traffic. The tech issues. The unexpected setbacks. The moments that make your nervous system want to hit the panic button.

But I’ve learned that peace isn’t found when everything goes right—it’s built in the moments when everything doesn’t.

Today, I chose a few deep breaths, a grateful heart, and a reminder that not every inconvenience is an emergency.

Most people are throwing away perfectly good food because they don’t know this simple trick.

🦠 I thought mold toxicity was stealing my energy.

And it did.

But what I didn’t expect was how much it would steal from my life.

When I discovered mold in my home and air vents, I became hyper-aware of everything around me. Every symptom. Every smell. Every item in my environment.

Including things I loved.

So I got rid of every plant I owned.

Today, I brought one home again.

Not because healing is finished.
Not because the journey was easy.
But because recovery isn’t just about removing what’s hurting you.

It’s about reclaiming the parts of yourself that got lost along the way.

The hobbies.
The joy.
The peace.
The things that make your house feel like home.

This rare little cactus is a reminder that healing isn’t measured only by lab results and symptom checklists.

Sometimes it’s measured by the things you’re finally able to welcome back into your life. 🌵

Most people don’t realize that dehydration doesn’t always feel like thirst.

It can show up as:
💧 Fatigue
💧 Brain fog
💧 Headaches
💧 Constipation

💧 Poor exercise recovery

And sometimes your lab work is trying to tell the story long before you connect the dots.

My dog doesn’t care about follower counts, productivity, macros, lab work, or to-do lists.

She just knows that every day there’s someone she’s excited to see.

And honestly? That’s a pretty good reminder.

The nervous system isn’t built to run on stress alone. It’s built to experience connection, safety, joy, laughter, and moments that make us feel at home.

Focus on what can get you into that parasympathetic state, especially after a long day. 💙
