Frederick Business and Professional Women's Club
FBPW hosted Major Blevins with Salvation Army of Frederick. Excellent community programs for families & children. Co-presidents Mary Ellen Poole and Alice Houck.

Speaker Priscilla Myles, founder and Executive Director of Blessed Provisions. One of their major projects is the Diaper Bank for Frederick County. In less then a year collected 50, 000 diapers & distributed.

The Frederick Business & Professional Women’s Club recently awarded the 2026-2027 scholarships to Stacy May, Junior student at Mount St. Mary’s University and hopes to become a high school teacher. Christina Lockett, student at Pennsylvania Western University, Edinboro, PA., and hopes to become a Veterinarian. Frederick BPW scholarship for 2027 will be available in December 2026. Frederick BPW Scholarship is now available & can apply for 2026! FBPW is seeking applicants for its annual scholarship awards. The scholarship will be awarded to women currently enrolled and attending a college-level course of study.
The requirement include that the women must be a resident of Frederick County, must show financial need, have professional promise, have academic achievements & personal qualifications.
All applications, college level transcripts & letters of reference.
