It's Thanksgiving week and I'm sure all of you are preparing to cook / eat one of the largest dinners of the year. Over the next three days we will cover 3 common Thanksgiving foods / ingredients and how they can actually be good for your skin. Here is the 1st:

Turkey: This is the best (in our humble opinions) and most common part of the meal and its extremely high in protein. Your skin benefits greatly from protein, which helps give it and you an all over glow. However, that doesn't give you free reign to just pour on the gravy ;)
