🔥 HYROX-Style EMOM WOD 🔥

Today’s workout was 4 rounds of:

🏐 Wall Balls
🛷 Sled Pulls
💪 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
🚶‍♀️ Dumbbell Lunges
🔥 Burpee to Plate
🏋️ Dumbbell Push Press

🏃‍♂️ 800m run after each round

We alternated some rowing in place of running so one parent could stay back with the babies. 👶❤️

This workout combines strength, power, endurance, and grit—all the things HYROX athletes need to perform at their best.

☀️ A Special Hello to Our Summer Workers! ☀️

We would like to give a very special shout-out to our amazing summer workers this year!

🌟 Zaylee is returning for her second summer with us, and 🌟 Aylen has joined our team for her very first summer!

These two have done an incredible job helping keep KO Hydration & Wellness running smoothly. From managing inventory and organizing supplies to keeping our clinic clean, welcoming, and top-notch, they have truly been a huge help behind the scenes.

We hope this experience has allowed them to learn new skills, gain confidence, and see what it takes to operate a successful business.

One thing we especially admire is their work ethic. Despite busy summers filled with sports, workouts, friends, and all the fun that comes with being teenagers, they still choose to show up, work hard, and earn their own money. That kind of dedication and responsibility is something to be proud of!
