A little sneak peek of something that's been on my heart for a long time... 🤍

Book #3 is coming soon, and this one is especially for the Grammys.

I'm praying to have it available before Grandparents Day because I believe there is something incredibly powerful about a grandparent who faithfully prays.

This story is a gentle reminder to our grandchildren that no matter what season they walk through—whether they're celebrating, struggling, growing, or finding their way—they are deeply loved, faithfully prayed for, and never alone.

My greatest hope is that every child who turns these pages will know there is a Grammy lifting them up to the Lord, asking Him to guide them, protect them, strengthen them, and remind them just how deeply they are loved.

I can't wait to share this story with you.🤍

Today was such a special day. 🤍

I had the opportunity to visit the new campus of the Christian school where my girls attended—a place our family prayed for long before it was ever built and even had the privilege of sowing into.

To now see my books become part of that school community feels like such a full-circle moment.

I'm incredibly honored that they have chosen to use Sometimes Things Change as a resource for children and families navigating big life changes. They are also adding The Best Days Are Farm Days to their library shelves.

Knowing these books will be available to children when they need encouragement means more than I can put into words.

While I never celebrate the difficult circumstances some families face, I am deeply grateful that a Christian school sees the value in offering children stories that are gentle, safe, and hope-filled.

My prayer has always been that these books would point children to the faithfulness of Jesus, remind them they are deeply loved, and encourage them to find joy in the simple gifts He gives us each day.

I'm humbled, grateful, and thankful for every opportunity God presents. 🤍

A few months ago, I became a children's author. 📚🥹 (God did that!)

Recently I updated my Amazon Author Page, and it reminded me how grateful I am for this unexpected journey.

Sometimes Things Change was written to bring comfort, reassurance, and hope to children navigating difficult seasons. Seeing it out in the world has been one of the sweetest gifts.

My second book, The Best Days Are Farm Days has also been released. More on it soon.🥹🌿✨

Thank you for cheering me on, praying for me, sharing my book with others, and reminding me that God often writes stories far bigger than the ones we imagine for ourselves.

If you'd like to follow along on this author journey, I'll leave my Amazon Author Page in the comments below.

* Local friends, my first book is also available locally at Upsy Daisy and The Storybook Market - I hope you’ll consider visiting these beautiful shops and making your purchase from them. 🤍

“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” — Ecclesiastes 3:11🤍

Social media can be a blessing or a distraction.

But every now and then, God uses it to bring someone into your life who becomes a true friend.

My sweet friend, Uche, lives far away. We may never have the opportunity to meet in person, but I’m so thankful God crossed our paths. She recently created the sweetest reel with her beautiful little girls featuring my newest book, and it blessed me more than she knows.

Self-publishing also means self-promoting, and if I’m honest, that’s the hardest part for me. Every mention, review, comment, like, and share helps more people discover these stories. It eases the weight I sometimes feel and reminds me that I’m not walking this journey alone.

Thank you, Bennie Madson, for your kindness and encouragement. And thank you to every one of you who has cheered me on, shared a post, left a review, or told a friend about my books. Your support means more than I could ever put into words. 💗
