Nia: A holistic fitness practice inspired by dance, martial arts, and mindfulness. Nia promotes physical wellness, mental clarity, and emotional balance through
joyful, expressive movement. SloMo: Slow Flow & Meditation: A new practice weaving the grounding pace of Tai Chi, the creativity of Nia, and the stillness of meditation. SloMo invites you to slow down, breathe, and move with intention. Creative Workshops: Unique sessions blending movement, mindfulness, and creativity for deeper exploration and expression. Move Breathe Create is led by Sarit Sela, Nia 1st Degree Black Belt Instructor, and welcomes people of all ages and experience levels. Our mission is to enjoy movement and art together, to promote wellness and mindfulness, and to give back to the wider community through collaboration and service. Movements are adaptable for all fitness levels and experiences. Bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes, and a yoga mat (optional). Shoes are optional too—we usually move barefoot. Classes are donation-based, with a contribution of $10–$20 recommended.
