Hello beloved Gainesville community!
In addition to offering group cuddle circles and playshops, I am offering in-person, individual cuddle services……Cuddle Coaching Sessions!

What are Cuddle Coaching Sessions?

A therapeutic, non-sexual, platonic coaching session focused on the healing power of coregulating touch for the nervous system. Learn to communicate boundaries, requests, express touch preferences, and experience the grounding benefits of physical connection in a safe, professional environment with a trauma-informed somatic coach trained in coregulating somatic healing touch
💝Touch is always optional during these sessions. I hold a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share, just like in a coaching session. This is an inclusive safe space with a trauma informed practitioner.
*Please note- I am a licensed mental health therapist, but these sessions are coaching services through my life coaching certification, and NOT mental health therapy. If you are in crisis, looking for sexual or erotic connection, or are not willing to practice consent and boundaries, these sessions are not for you.

Individual Cuddle session:
🫂 60min: $77-222 sliding scale
🫂 90min: $111-277 sliding scale
Package discounts and private group sessions available!
Location: GNV, High Springs, community based ( In your home, my camper van, or a public area like a park)
travel fee for locations outside of GNV/high springs corridor

I’ve been a heart-centered mental health therapist, spiritual and life coach, hypnotist, A Course in Miracles (ACIM)/nonduality teacher, Minister and facilitator for 15 years. I had such a great time interviewing Corinne Zupko! We talked about my favorite topic of healing- forgiveness, through the lens of A Course in Miracles (ACIM) and trauma informed mental health recovery. We talked about self- forgiveness and how it’s connected to letting go of fear and guilt, true empathy, nervous system regulation and grounding.

What is my secret to being so happy?

I appreciate the beauty in the world and I forgive the upsetting meaning I make of the suffering in the world. Take full responsibility for when I see outside of myself. It’s the only way I find true inner peace.
