This week I had the opportunity to present “Pausing with Purpose: Fueling for the Work Ahead”. We discussed the importance of slowing down, being intentional, and creating space to care for not only the children and families we serve - but for ourselves!

It was such a meaningful experience to reflect on how small moments of pause can strengthen our connection, resilience and the important work we do everyday!

My daughter and I are big snack girls — and my clients know we make the most out of snacks! Carb + protein = filling & satisfying 👍🏻

We love this pb yogurt dip (sometimes we add chocolate chips) for a mid-day snack 😊
