✨SplashAbilities has a few openings available! ✨

We’re excited to welcome a few new swimmers into our individual, inclusive swim program! 💙

Every lesson is one-on-one and tailored to each swimmer’s unique strengths, goals, and learning style—whether they’re building water confidence, learning essential water safety skills, or working toward independent swimming.

💦 Limited lesson openings available now
💦 $40–$45 per lesson depending on instructor
💦 Ongoing, individualized instruction held at the Gallatin Civic Center
🍂 Additional openings coming this fall

🎉 We’re Looking for the Right People 🏊💙

As our adaptive swim program continues to grow, we’re looking for 1–2 compassionate, dependable instructors to join our team!

This isn’t your typical swim lesson job. We specialize in providing individualized swim instruction for children with disabilities, autism, and other unique learning needs. Our goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where every swimmer can succeed.

We’re looking for someone who:
💙 Loves working with children
💙 Is patient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
💙 Can commit for the foreseeable future (consistency is incredibly important for our swimmers!)
💙 Has evening and weekend availability
💙 Wants a flexible schedule that we can build together

Timeline:
🏊 Training can begin within the next month or we’re happy to connect now with someone interested in starting lessons around October–November.

Experience in swimming, education, therapy, or childcare is a plus—but the right heart and willingness to learn matter most.

Ms. Madison is a BCBA and will be offering both Saturday and evening swim lessons. We can’t wait for our families to meet her and experience her expertise in the pool!

Hey Splash friends! 👋

I know it’s been a little quiet around here, so I wanted to check in!

We’ve had an amazing (and very busy) summer. Behind the scenes, I’ve been working on improving some of our systems to make things run even more smoothly for our swim families.

As many of you know, I’ve been unable to teach due to my high-risk pregnancy. Right now, I’m focused on getting everything organized for delivery and my time away—but I am SO anxious to get back in the water with all of your swimmers! 💙

I also want to sincerely thank each of you who has supported this passion business of mine. Transitioning from SLP to business owner has come with plenty of learning curves, and I truly appreciate your patience, grace, and support as I continue to grow and learn.

I’m hoping to get back to sharing content with you all soon!

📣 One more update: Fall sign-ups will be sent out next week! This season will feature continuous lessons rather than session-based enrollment, and I’m excited to share more details soon.

🎉💦 SplashAbilities TN is ONE! 💦🎉

What an incredible first year it’s been! 💙

A year ago, SplashAbilities was a dream that had been on my heart for so long. It was something I hoped would become a reality one day, and honestly, it still doesn’t seem real that we’re celebrating our first birthday. Seeing this vision come to life has been one of the greatest blessings. ✨

In just 12 months, we’ve served 50+ amazing families, provided nearly 500 swim lessons, and grown our team to 3 incredible instructors, with a 4th joining soon! 🏊‍♀️🌊

More than anything, I’m grateful for the families who have trusted us, supported us, and believed in this dream from the very beginning. Watching our swimmers grow in confidence and celebrating their successes has made every moment worthwhile. 💙

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged us along the way. Your support means the world, and I can’t wait to see what year two brings. Here’s to another year of growth, inclusion, and making a splash together! 🌊✨
