*Kundalini Yoga routine:
This is a 90 minute routine; however, it can be shortened for days where you have less time.
In order to teach this routine to you we will get together up to two times if you need. I will give you step by step instructions for you to follow in your own individual practice and answer any questions you may have. You can keep and continue this practice as long as you would like. The more you practice, the more benefits you will receive

This session is for women. Anyone with a wombspace or even those that no longer have a womb. We still hold the space and energetic energy.
We will focus on the 5 pointed star in Polarity Therapy which is a derivative of massage and energywork. These are points on the body where we tend to hold onto things. We will go only as deep work as you are comfortable with, and the beautiful thing? You can decide or your body decides. Your nervous system decides. So there is no pressure to be a certain way. Just come as you are and together let's allow the energy to flow.

The 5 star points are the shoulders, diaphragm, and each side of the hip as well as including working tenderly on the stomach and back.
We can customize and edit a session, but this is the full picture.

Hi everyone, I've got a new offering for yall called the ️Edifice Experience! This is what my business is about. I strive to help you feel more at home in YOUR body by encouraging you to bring that inner light to shine outward! This experience consists of a tattoo, followed by massage, and then energy work.
Edifice means a system of strong beliefs. -Mind Body Soul. A tattoo for the mind- a visual to see, massage for the body, and energywork for the soul or spirit.✨️
The tattoo can be done to convey the meaning of what you want this session to be about -be it something you want to release and transmute, something you want to call in, or just to remember and embody.
I've also had clients get a tattoo based off what came up in the energy session -which this would be an option to do the tattoo another day/possibly later same day (to give me time to draw up your piece). We can see what works best.
We would book you for the day. Ultimately I feel this is a 3-5 hour service* (tattoos vary), but I would recommend clearing your day if possible to get the most benefits of the session.

*This session is intended for a small or small/medium sized tattoo piece, but for those that want larger -no worries! We can get started, and just book another day or so to finish.

These were the words I heard when I met my higherself. It hit me so powerfully. We always have the chose to embody who we want to be. This is how we grow, how we evolve. It's change. We are supposed to change when we hear that call as it becomes painful to stay stagnant. When we are uncomfortable, yet safe -that is where we grow.
