As a two-time cancer survivor, former powerlifter, and mother later in life who raised children while earning two degrees, I’ve faced

more than my fair share of challenges and I’ve come out stronger every time. I’ve personally lost over 150 pounds and kept it off, not through quick fixes, but through building sustainable, healthy habits that support me to this day. For the past 10 years, I’ve been navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause, without relying heavily on medication, choosing instead to build a lifestyle rooted in movement, nourishment, sleep, and stress management. I know firsthand what it takes to reclaim your health when the odds are stacked against you. Now, I help other women do the same. My passion lies in guiding women, especially those going through life transitions, to discover their personal definition of health, reconnect with their bodies, and build confidence in their ability to thrive. People will always have opinions.

Some will doubt you before you start. Some will criticize you while you're growing. And some will question your success when you finally achieve it.

Let them.

You don't need everyone's approval to become the person you're meant to be. The energy you waste trying to prove yourself to others is better spent improving yourself.

Stay focused on your goals. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep showing up every day. Your progress is more important than their opinions.

Some of the biggest changes happen internally first.

You stop explaining yourself as much.
You stop feeling responsible for every reaction.
You stop revisiting the same conversations over and over trying to get a different outcome.

And eventually you realize peace is not only about who you allow into your life, but also what you stop allowing to take up space in your mind.
