Today’s class inside Living in Rhythm is all about the waxing moon. 🌙

This is the phase where energy begins to build. During Kapha season, that building can feel steady and nourishing, but it can also feel a little heavy, slow, or stuck.

So today, we move with rhythm.

We’ll build warmth without burning out, support circulation, wake up digestion, and prepare the body for the fuller expression of the full moon and the shift toward Pitta season.

Living in Rhythm members, we meet today at 9:30 AM ET for a 30 to 45-minute practice.
