Our last floating sound bath was such a beautiful reminder that self-care is for everyone. 💚

Among those floating with us were three hardworking mechanics and a young mama-to-be — different lives, different seasons, but the same human need to pause, breathe, soften, and simply receive.

We spend so much of our lives doing, fixing, caring, working and pushing through. Experiences like guided meditation and sound aren’t an indulgence — they’re an opportunity to come back to ourselves.

Men, women, young, old… we all need spaces where nothing is required of us except to be. 🌿✨

So grateful for everyone who trusted us enough to float, listen, breathe and receive. 🙏💚.
