Sonoma Yoga — this is where I recently experiencing yoga with soundbathing, and it’s the reason I slept better that night than I had in months.

The studio has anchored Sonoma’s wellness community for over two decades, and the sound bath — crystal bowls, a huge gong, low light, an hour of nothing required of you — did more for a depleted leadership team than any agenda item that week could. This is restoration with real credentials behind it, not a spa-day photo op.
