Honor your body through your food choices as an act to worship God. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God….
Jesus help me to always remember that my body is a temple of the living God and give me the strength I need to treat it as such. I ask this in Your holy name. Amen

Angels are principally the Guardians of our spirits. Their function is not to do our work for us, but to help us do it ourselves, by God’s grace. Jesus prayed: Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me; yet not my will but yours be done.” Then an angel from heaven appeared to him and gave him strength.Luke 22:42-43.
May the angels give you strength to deal with the pain today.

Jesus told us to “Love thy neighbor as thyself”. Do we really love ourselves? How do we treat our bodies, minds, and souls? Do we eat healthy? Do we read and watch things that enrich our minds? Do we pray and meditate regularly? Each of these things can be life changing.

Friends, a couple of posts ago, I brought up food, and taking care of our bodies. I was in an awful fibromyalgia flare up when my primary care physician’s Nurse Practitioner suggested I get off of gluten. So I have, except for a couple of mishaps. It’s been a month and I began to notice a difference after around two weeks. It’s not easy to do, but most definitely worth it! I pray for peace and comfort for all you!
